Entropy, Syntropy

Entropy

expanding apart
disintegrating into everything,
nothing

cling to form

yet to hold on
is to be overcome
swept away
rent asunder
the current, irresistible
twist and turn
warp and weft

a river returns us to
our ocean.

a song returns us to
our silence.

and from the ocean
life emerges

and from destruction
is creation born.

entropy

is the mother of syntropy.

for as the hard is broken
the soft emerges
drawn of subtle threads
a secret order
cannot be told
cannot be asked
we find ourselves here

spiraling around
the ultimate meaning
which is only ever silent.
